Annual Coordinator's Meeting: February 12, 2026
Mandatory Coaches Meetings:
- Wednesday, April 1st @6:30 pm - Virtual
- Wednesday, May 6th @6:30 pm - Virtual
Coach certifications and proof of insurance are due to compliance by:

Roster Day: For 2026, there is no deadline to submit a roster. However, all rosters as of 5pm on May 15th are considered final and swimmers CANNOT be deleted from SwimTopia after 5pm. All swimmers in SwimTopia must be accounted for payment.
Roster Payments: are due by Friday, May 22nd.

- Payments must be postmarked by May 22nd to avoid late fees.
First Week of Meets: Week of May 25th
Georgia Games: June 14th at Cherokee Aquatic Center
Patti Wilder Meet: ($7 per individual event and $15 per relay):
June 14: Patti Wilder entries due by 11:59 PM
June 15: Psych sheet posted
June 15: Late entries begin to be accepted at 12 PM
June 18: Late entries close at 12 PM
June 18: Final psych sheet posted 5 PM
June 22: Patti Wilder payments begin acceptance at 12 PM
June 22: Heat sheets posted (All heat sheets will be electronic. No paper copies
June 24: Deadline for payments at 6 PM
June 25: Open Warmups: 5:00-8:00

- Georgia Age Group State: July 17- 20th - Columbus
- Georgia Senior State: July 24 - Athens
