2025 Important Dates
Annual Coordinator's Meeting: February 4, 2025
Mandatory Coaches Meetings:
- Wednesday, April 2nd @6:30 pm - Virtual
- Wednesday, May 7th @6:30 pm - Virtual
Coach certifications and proof of insurance are due to compliance by:

Roster Day: For 2025, there is no deadline to submit a roster. However, all rosters as of 5pm on May 17th, are considered final and swimmers CANNOT be deleted from SwimTopia after 5pm. All swimmers in SwimTopia must be accounted for payment.
Roster Payments: are due by Friday, May 23rd.
- Mailed or dropped off to Wendy Kenny
- Dropped off to Jason Frankel
- Payments must be postmarked by May 23rd to avoid late fees.
First Week of Meets: Week of May 27th - May 29th
Georgia Games: June 14th at Cherokee Aquatic Center
Patti Wilder Meet: ($7 per individual event and $15 per relay):
- June 13: Entries due by 11:59 PM
- June 17 thru 18 at 5PM: Late entries accepted
- June 17-18th: Entry fees due by 5 PM on the 18th
- June 19th: Psych sheet posted
- June 20th: Open Warm-up from 5:00-8:00 at MVAC
- June 21st: Patti Wilder Day 1
- June 22nd: Patti Wilder Day 2
- June 23rd: Awards pick up starting at 12:00
Last Week of Meets: June 23rd - June 27th
USA Swimming:
- Georgia Age Group State: July 17- 20th - Columbus
- Georgia Senior State: July 24 - Athens
GRPA State Meet: July 25-26th - Columbus
Cobb County first day of school for students: Monday, August 4th
